Return & Exchange Policy:

You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the date of delivery (Please note: the cooling-off period is not a trial period). Returned items must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging. Returns may be denied if items are used or packaging is incomplete.
For unopened products, returns are accepted within the 7-day period unless the outer packaging is damaged due to factors unrelated to product quality. However, items that have been opened (e.g., labels cut, packaging unsealed, washed, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales.


Shipping Services:

Our products are available for delivery within Taiwan (main island) as well as international shipping.

  • Home Delivery (Taiwan): Arrives within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the Lunar New Year period).

  • Convenience Store Pickup (Taiwan): Arrives within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the Lunar New Year period).

  • International Orders: Delivery and return/exchange dates will be separately notified based on your region and shipping conditions.


After-Sales Service:

Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If there are any defects or damages with the product, you may request a replacement or return through our Customer Service Center.
