Xin Long Yuan Terms of Service
When placing an order on this website, the member agrees that Xin Long Yuan reserves the right to reject or cancel the order before the company confirms that the transaction is established. Once the member places an order, the system will automatically send a confirmation notice; however, this does not indicate that the order has been finalized. Xin Long Yuan will notify the customer separately regarding the confirmation of the transaction. If the ordered items, services, or shipping information are incomplete or contain errors, the company may reject the order.
You understand and agree that Xin Long Yuan strives to ensure the accuracy of all product and pricing information. However, in the event of pricing errors on the website or in related communications, the company will handle it as follows:
(1) If the listed price is higher than the correct price, the company will only charge you the lower, correct amount.
(2) If the listed price is lower than the correct price, the company reserves the right to decline the order.
Once a member places an order, the system will automatically send an email to acknowledge receipt. If shipping cannot proceed due to system issues or technical problems with our logistics or delivery partners, Xin Long Yuan reserves the right to cancel or delay the order. Any changes to the transaction will be communicated via email or other means (such as phone, SMS, etc.).
If a member arbitrarily cancels orders, makes excessive returns or exchanges, or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by the company that disrupts operations or causes damage, Xin Long Yuan reserves the right to refuse future transactions or permanently revoke membership. Members may exercise their consumer rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act when using our services.
You are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period upon receiving your order (Note: the cooling-off period is not a trial period). Returned items must be in brand-new condition and in their original packaging; otherwise, the return may be denied.
Unopened items (except those with damaged packaging due to shipping) are eligible for return within the 7-day period. However, items that have been opened (e.g., label removed, packaging unsealed, used, washed) are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with the "Guidelines on Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales."
We offer delivery within Taiwan (main island) and also accept international orders.
Domestic Home Delivery: Arrives in 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, national holidays, and the Lunar New Year period).
Domestic Convenience Store Pickup: Arrives in 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, national holidays, and the Lunar New Year period).
International Orders: Actual delivery and return/exchange dates will be notified separately based on location and order conditions.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or return by contacting our Customer Service Center.
