Best Brewing Methods

Cold Brew Method:

Before going to bed, place one tea bag into an empty bottle, pour in 600cc of room temperature drinking water, cover the bottle, and place it in the refrigerator. After about 6-8 hours, you will have a healthy and mellow cold drink.

Hot Brew Method:

Step 1 - Warm the Cup Pour some hot water into the mug, wait for about 10 seconds, then pour it out. This action helps to make the brewing temperature more even.

Step 2 - Add the Tea Bag and Pour 350cc of Hot Water Evenly Place the tea bag into the warmed cup, then pour hot water evenly over the tea bag, allowing the tea leaves to move in the hot water. The optimal brewing temperature is 90-100 degrees Celsius.
