◆ Natural Growth Characteristics:
Tea leaves are naturally grown and not artificially enhanced with chemical additives or artificial flavors like canned beverages. This means every season’s flavor is unique and irreplaceable.
◆ Natural Variation:
Even with the same brand, flavor differences may occur between batches due to the natural properties of agricultural products. This is a feature of authentic, natural tea.
◆ Purchase Consideration:

Tea Brewing Instructions
◎ Teapot Brewing:
Add a suitable amount of tea leaves or 1–2 tea bags into a teapot. Pour in boiling water and steep for 2–3 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Tea can be steeped multiple times, depending on your preference.
◎ Single-Cup Hot Brew:
Using a mug or thermos, add some tea leaves or a tea bag. Pour in hot water at 100°C and let steep for 3–5 minutes. Longer steeping results in a richer flavor and darker color. Rebrew multiple times as desired.
◎ Cold Brew Tea:
Add a suitable amount of tea leaves or 1 tea bag into approximately 600cc of room-temperature water. Let steep for 6–8 hours until the color turns light green. For a refreshing summer drink, chill in the refrigerator for a healthy, mellow, and naturally sweet cold tea.
Forest Terroir: Grown in high-altitude tea gardens integrated with primitive forests, capturing the unique "forest breath" and rich mineral nutrients.
100% Certified Organic: Proudly carrying the national organic agricultural product verification, ensuring no chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides are used.
Pure & Safe (N.D.): Passed the highest level of SGS pesticide residue testing with zero detection, offering 100% safety and purity.
Artisanal Quality: Hand-picked tender leaves processed with traditional oolong techniques to ensure the highest flavor density.
Aroma: A refreshing woody and "high mountain cold" scent with subtle layers of wildflowers and morning dew.
Palate: Exceptionally clear, smooth, and mellow. The tea infusion is vibrant and filled with the vitality of the forest.
Aftertaste: Offers a long-lasting, crisp sweetness (Huigan) that refreshes the breath and calms the mind, just like the first light of dawn.
Craftsmanship: Lightly fermented and non-roasted to preserve the maximum natural antioxidants and vibrant green energy of the tea leaves.
Origin: Shanlinxi High Mountain Tea Zone, Taiwan (Cool, misty, and pristine environment).
Sustainable Cultivation: Cultivated by organic farmers who prioritize soil health and ecological balance. Every leaf is a gift from a healthy ecosystem.
Professional Processing: Produced in ISO22000 and HACCP certified facilities, adhering to the strictest international food safety standards.
Direct from Origin: Farm-to-home delivery directly from Xin Long Ya Organic Tea Garden, ensuring authentic quality without intermediaries.
Hot Brew (Zen & Clarity):
Warm your teapot or glass cup.
Add tea leaves (approx. 3-5g for 150ml of water).
Use hot water at 90-95°C to fully awaken the forest notes.
Steep for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy the evolving layers of flavor through multiple infusions.
Cold Brew (Crisp & Natural):
Place 3g of tea leaves in a 500ml water bottle.
Fill with room temperature filtered water and refrigerate for 6-10 hours.
The slow, cold extraction highlights the forest sweetness and provides a refreshing, low-caffeine boost.
