★ 100% Taiwanese Tea with Organic Certification
Our company is committed to 100% Taiwanese tea leaves, certified by National Chung Hsing University for organic agricultural products.
◆ Natural Growth Characteristics:
Tea leaves are naturally grown plants, not artificially flavored or chemically enhanced like canned beverages. As a result, each season’s flavor is unique and cannot be replicated.
◆ Natural Variation:
Even within the same brand, slight differences may occur between batches due to the nature of agricultural products. This variability is a hallmark of natural and authentic tea.
◆ Purchase Consideration:
If you cannot accept these natural variations, please refrain from purchasing. (Products cannot be returned once opened.)
Tea Brewing Instructions
◎ Teapot Brewing:
Add a suitable amount of tea leaves or 1–2 tea bags into a teapot. Pour in boiling water and steep for 2–3 minutes. Pour and enjoy. The tea can be steeped multiple times based on personal preference.
◎ Single-Cup Hot Brew:
Using a regular mug or thermos, add some tea leaves or a tea bag. Pour in hot water at 100°C and let it steep for 3–5 minutes before drinking. The longer it steeps, the richer the flavor and the deeper the color. Rebrew multiple times as desired.
◎ Cold Brew Tea:
Add a suitable amount of tea leaves or 1 tea bag into approximately 600cc of room-temperature water. Let it steep for 6–8 hours until the color turns light green. For a refreshing summer drink, chill in the refrigerator for a healthy, mellow, and naturally sweet cold tea
Traditional Roasting Mastery: Expertly medium-to-heavy roasted to create a rich, stable, and sophisticated flavor profile that appeals to tea connoisseurs.
100% Certified Organic: Cultivated in our eco-friendly Shanlinxi tea gardens without any synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Pure & Safe: Every batch is rigorously tested by SGS and achieves "Zero Detection" (N.D.) for pesticide residues, ensuring absolute health and safety.
Direct Origin Delivery: Integrated production and sales directly from the tea farmer, ensuring no intermediaries and the freshest quality.
Aroma: A deep, comforting roasted scent with hints of toasted nuts, caramel, and a subtle citrusy undertone.
Palate: Full-bodied, mellow, and exceptionally smooth. The roasting process removes any raw "grassy" notes, leaving a velvety mouthfeel.
Aftertaste: Offers a profound and lingering honey-like sweetness (Huigan) that warms the throat and provides a calming sensation.
Infusion: A clear, brilliant orange-yellow or golden-amber liquor that reflects its meticulous roasting craft.
Origin: Shanlinxi High Mountain Tea Zone, Taiwan (Cool, misty high-altitude climate).
Craftsmanship: Medium fermentation combined with a professional roasting process to balance the tea's natural sweetness with a robust roasted body.
Sustainable Farming: Our tea gardens prioritize ecological harmony, where soil and water sources pass strict heavy metal inspections to protect nature.
Quality Verification: Produced in ISO22000 and HACCP certified facilities, meeting the highest global food safety standards.
Hot Brew (Rich & Fragrant):
Warm your teapot or gaiwan with boiling water.
Add tea leaves (approx. 5-7g for 150ml of water).
Use hot water at 90-95°C to fully awaken the roasted layers.
Steep for 1 minute for the first infusion; adjust subsequent steeps to your preference. This roasted tea is very durable and can be re-steeped multiple times.
Cold Brew (Smooth & Mellow):
Place 3-5g of tea leaves in a 500ml water bottle.
Fill with room temperature filtered water and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
The result is a silky, sugar-free beverage that is gentle on the stomach and refreshing to the senses.
Q: Is roasted tea better for people with sensitive stomachs?
A: Yes. Roasted teas like our Dong Ding Oolong are more stable and "warming" than unroasted green teas, making them much gentler on the digestive system.
Q: Why is it called "You Wang Ming Yu"?
A: This refers to our specific collection that focuses on the "mellow fruity aroma" and traditional roasting style, representing the peak of high-mountain roasted oolong mastery.
Q: Can I store this tea for a long time?
A: Roasted oolong teas are excellent for storage. Because they have been roasted, the moisture content is very low, allowing the flavor to become even more mellow and complex over time if kept in an airtight, dry environment.
