Seasonal Crop Production Description
★ 100% Taiwanese Tea with Organic Certification
Our company proudly guarantees 100% Taiwanese tea leaves, certified by National Chung Hsing University for organic agricultural products.
◆ Natural Growth Characteristics:
Tea leaves are naturally grown plants, not artificially flavored or chemically enhanced like canned beverages. This means each season's flavor is unique and cannot be exactly replicated.
◆ Natural Variation:
Even with the same brand, slight flavor differences occur between batches due to the natural growing process. This is a characteristic of authentic agricultural products.
◆ Purchase Consideration:
If you cannot accept these natural variations, please refrain from purchasing. (Products cannot be returned once opened.)
Tea Brewing Instructions
◎ Teapot Brewing:
Add a suitable amount of tea leaves or 1–2 tea bags into a teapot. Pour in boiling water and steep for 2–3 minutes. Serve and enjoy. The tea can be steeped multiple times based on personal preference.
◎ Single-Cup Hot Brew:
Using a regular mug or thermos, add some tea leaves or a tea bag. Pour in 100°C hot water and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. The longer it steeps, the richer the flavor and deeper the color. Rebrew multiple times to your liking.
◎ Cold Brew Tea:
Add a suitable amount of tea leaves or 1 tea bag into approximately 600cc of room-temperature water. Let it steep for 6–8 hours until the color turns light green. For a refreshing summer drink, chill in the refrigerator for a healthy, mellow, and sweet cold tea.

Hot Brew (Freshness & Vitality):
Warm your teapot or glass cup.
Add tea leaves (approx. 3-5g for 150ml of water).
Use water at 80-85°C (Avoid boiling water to protect the delicate white tips and prevent bitterness).
Steep for 1-2 minutes. The leaves are tender and release flavor quickly.
Cold Brew (Crisp & Refreshing):
Place 3g of tea leaves in a 500ml water bottle.
Fill with room temperature filtered water and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
Perfect for a healthy, sugar-free energy boost that is low in caffeine.
Q: Why are there white hairs on the tea leaves?
A: These are natural "trichomes" (white tips) of the young tea buds. They are rich in amino acids and nutrients, contributing to the tea's superior sweetness and health benefits.
Q: Is this green tea different from Japanese Matcha or Sencha?
A: Yes. Our Taiwan High Mountain White Tip Green Tea is processed to emphasize the elegant "mountain rhythm" and floral sweetness, whereas Japanese teas often have a more savory, oceanic flavor.
Q: How should I store this tea to keep it fresh?
A: Green tea is unfermented and delicate. We recommend keeping it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, or even in the refrigerator (sealed well) to maintain its fresh "Immortal" aroma.
