Oolong Tea, Naturally Sweet

Organic Certified: Produced by Xin Long Ya Organic Tea Garden, ensuring no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used for a pure, safe experience.
Rare Winter Harvest: Sourced from the high-mountain tea area of Shanlinxi; handpicked during the cold winter months to capture the unique "Winter Frost" flavor.
Small Green Leafhopper Interaction: The honey fragrance is naturally induced by the biting of small green leafhoppers, a process possible only in pesticide-free environments.
Pure Safety: Passed SGS highest-level pesticide residue testing (N.D. - None Detected).
Aroma: Features a distinct and lasting honey fragrance that warms the senses.
Taste: A rich and mellow profile with a "honeyed frost" characteristic. The initial sip is slightly sweet, transitioning into a deep, delightful honey sweetness.
Infusion: Clear and bright liquid that leaves a long-lasting, refreshing sweet aftertaste in the throat.
Experience: Provides a soothing and uplifting mood, ideal for enjoying during cold seasons.
Origin: Shanlinxi / Lugu Township, Nantou, Taiwan (High Altitude Zone).
Fermentation: Medium fermentation to balance the natural honey notes with the classic oolong body.
Roasting: Lightly roasted to preserve the delicate winter sprout fragrance and the unique "Honey Yan" (Honey Tip) quality.
Traceability: Fully integrated production and sales system—from the organic soil to your cup, managed directly by the farmers.
Hot Brew:
Pre-warm the teapot.
Add tea leaves (covering approximately 1/4 of the pot).
Use water at 90-95°C.
Initial steep for 60 seconds; slightly increase time for each subsequent brew to enjoy the evolving flavor layers.
Cold Brew:
Place 3-5g of leaves in a 500ml water bottle.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours.
The cold infusion highlights the honey sweetness with almost zero bitterness.
Q: What exactly is "Winter Tip" (Dong Pian) tea?
A: It refers to the rare new sprouts that grow during a warm spell in the middle of winter. These leaves grow slowly due to the cold, resulting in a tea that is exceptionally sweet and low in bitterness.
Q: Why does it have a honey smell?
A: This is due to the "Small Green Leafhopper." When they bite the tea leaves, the plant produces natural compounds to defend itself, which creates the unique honey aroma after processing.
Q: Is it suitable for gifting?
A: Absolutely. Due to its rarity and certified organic status, it is highly valued by tea enthusiasts and makes a thoughtful, healthy gift for special occasions.
